Please take note that all products sold are not refundable. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and exchange the product for another one up-to 14 days from the date of your purchase, provided that the product you return is in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Woodalogy does not take responsibility for the return postage cost of items. Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping fees incurred to send back to us.
