Domestic Shipping
On average, it takes about 3 to 5 days for your shipping provider to deliver your parcel. Shipping providers may take less or more time to deliver your parcels, depending on the location, parcel size or whether there are restrictions imposed along the delivery network.
Whereas in East Malaysia, it may take a longer time to get your parcel delivered, and the customer may need to drop a message to our customer service for shipping advice and charges.

International Shipping
International customers or outside Malaysia, we can get a quote the shipping costs if you e-mail us your shipping address and a list of items for the order.
We can ship internationally via air express service provider. The shipping quotes we provide are the amount quoted to us by the carrier.
The shipping cost we collect does NOT include the import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs brokerage fees that may be assessed when the shipment enters the destination country, and these additional costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.
